Your Right to Deletion

Kuro Network is a creative marketing agency that delivers advertising services on behalf of our clients. We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you — including any Meta Platform Data we have accessed through the Marketing API to deliver our agency services — you may request this at any time.

This page provides clear instructions on how to submit a deletion request and what will happen once we receive it.

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, follow the three steps below. We process all valid deletion requests within thirty (30) days.

Send an Email

Email us at contact@kuronetwork.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include Your Account Email

In the body of the email, please include the email address registered to your Kuro Network account. This helps us locate your records quickly and verify the request is legitimate.

Receive Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete the following information from our systems:

Meta Platform Data

All cached campaign budget status, daily performance data, account status, currency settings, Business Manager assignments, and any other data retrieved via the Meta Marketing API as part of our agency services.

Profile Information

Email address, phone number, billing address, company name, and any other personal information you provided at sign-up.

Communication Records

All support chat history, dashboard messages, and communication logs associated with your account.

Account Activity

Login history, dashboard activity logs, and any other operational records tied to your account.

Data We Must Retain

Certain records must be retained even after a deletion request, but only where required by law:

Financial Records

Records of campaign budget transactions, payments, and refunds may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with standard financial record-keeping and tax regulations.

Legal Obligations

Records required to comply with a court order, regulatory authority, or other applicable legal obligation. We will inform you of any such retention.

About Meta Platform Data

Kuro Network is a Meta-approved creative marketing agency. As part of our agency services, we access ad account data via the Meta Marketing API on behalf of the clients we work with. We do not use Facebook Login or hold personal Facebook user data — we only cache campaign-level information (budget status, performance metrics, account status) that is necessary to operate your client dashboard and deliver our creative marketing services.

If Meta instructs us to delete Platform Data at any time, whether through a direct request, policy enforcement, or as part of a Data Use Checkup or Data Protection Assessment, we will comply without undue delay.
