This Privacy Policy explains how Kuro Network Global LLC ("Kuro Network", "we", "us", or "our") — a creative marketing agency — collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of clients and visitors who engage our services. By engaging Kuro Network for creative marketing services or using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Personal data collected at sign-up and through use

When you register, subscribe, or use our dashboard, we collect the following categories of personal information:

Email Address
Used to identify your account, send verification notices, and communicate essential service information.
Phone Number
Collected for account security, support contact via WhatsApp or Telegram, and identity verification purposes.
Billing Address
Collected to process payments, issue invoices, and satisfy financial compliance requirements.
Company / Business Name
Used to identify the business entity associated with your subscription and to personalise your account records.
Meta Account Details
Business Manager IDs, ad account IDs, and associated assets used by Kuro Network as your creative agency to plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. See Section 02 for full details on Meta Platform Data.
Campaign Budget Information
Bank transfer details and cryptocurrency wallet addresses for funding advertising campaigns we manage on your behalf and for processing refunds. Full payment credentials are handled via secure third-party processors and are not stored directly on our systems.
Automatically Collected Data
When you visit our website, we may also automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on site. This data is collected via cookies and analytics tools and is used solely for improving our website and services. See Section 04 for full details.

Meta Platform Data

Data we access as your creative agency

Kuro Network is a Meta-approved creative marketing agency. To deliver our advertising and campaign management services on behalf of our clients, we access certain data from Meta's platform via the Marketing API. This section explains what Meta Platform Data we access, how we process it, and how it is stored.

By engaging Kuro Network as your creative marketing agency, you authorise us to access the following data from the ad accounts you have assigned to us via the Marketing API:

Ad Account Information
Ad account IDs, account names, account status, and currency settings for the accounts you have assigned to our agency Business Manager.
Campaign Budget Status
Spend cap, amount spent, and available budget for each ad account we manage on your behalf. Used to display real-time campaign budget information within your client dashboard.
Campaign Performance Data
Daily advertising spend amounts and date ranges retrieved via Meta's Insights API. Used to generate campaign performance charts and reporting within your client dashboard.
Business Manager Assignments
Business Manager IDs, verification status, and ad account assignments under our agency Business Manager used to manage your advertising campaigns.
How we process Meta Platform Data

Meta Platform Data is processed solely for the following purposes, all of which relate to delivering creative marketing services to you:

  • To display campaign budget status, performance data, and account status within your Kuro Network client dashboard.
  • To generate campaign performance reports and budget utilisation metrics for your review.
  • To plan, launch, optimise, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf as your creative agency.
  • To monitor campaign and account health for compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies and Terms of Service.
We do not use Meta Platform Data to:
  • Build or augment user profiles for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Sell, license, or otherwise distribute Meta Platform Data to any third party.
  • Combine Meta Platform Data with data from other sources for purposes unrelated to delivering our creative marketing services.
  • Use Meta Platform Data for any purpose not explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.
How we store Meta Platform Data
  • Campaign budget status is cached and refreshed on-demand when you access your dashboard, no more frequently than every five (5) minutes.
  • Daily campaign performance data is cached and refreshed once per twenty-four (24) hour period.
  • Cached Meta Platform Data is stored on secured servers with the same access controls and encryption protections described in Section 10.

Our processing of Meta Platform Data is subject to and governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Platform Terms shall prevail with respect to the processing of Meta Platform Data.

How We Use Your Information

Purposes & legal basis for processing

We use the personal data we collect strictly for the purposes listed below. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those outlined here without your prior consent.

Service Delivery
To deliver our creative marketing services, including planning, launching, and managing advertising campaigns on your behalf, managing the ad accounts you have assigned to our agency, and displaying real-time campaign performance within your client dashboard.
Campaign Budgeting
To receive and apply campaign budget funding from clients, process refunds, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with applicable regulations.
Account Security
To verify your identity, prevent fraud, detect unauthorised access, and protect the integrity of your account and our platform.
Compliance Monitoring
To monitor campaign and account activity for compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies, Meta's Terms of Service, and Kuro Network's Acceptable Use Policy.
Client Support
To respond to support requests, resolve disputes, and communicate essential service updates via WhatsApp or Telegram.
Platform Improvement
Anonymised and aggregated usage data may be used to analyse platform performance and improve our services. Meta Platform Data is not used for this purpose.
GDPR Legal Basis — For EU & UK Clients

For clients residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Kuro Network processes your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing your email, billing address, payment details, and Meta Account Details is strictly necessary to deliver the creative marketing services you have engaged us for.
  • Legitimate Interests: We process automatically collected technical data (IP addresses, cookies) to maintain platform security, optimise website performance, and prevent fraud.
  • Legal Obligation: We retain financial transaction and billing records for up to seven (7) years to comply with statutory tax and financial reporting laws.

Cookies & Tracking

Analytics & pixel usage

Our website uses both analytics tools and the Meta Pixel to understand visitor behaviour and measure the performance of our own marketing. The following technologies are in use:

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website — including pages viewed, session duration, and traffic sources. Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under their own privacy terms.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad campaign effectiveness and track conversions on our website. The Pixel may collect data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is governed by Meta's Data Policy.
Essential Cookies
Our dashboard and website use essential cookies required for core functionality such as session management and security. These cannot be disabled without impacting your ability to use the platform.
Your Choices
You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage Meta Pixel preferences via your Meta account ad settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your subscription or account access.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Our commitment to your privacy
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data
Kuro Network does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data or Meta Platform Data with any third-party organisations for commercial or marketing purposes.

Your data is used exclusively to deliver the services you have subscribed to and for the internal purposes described in Sections 02 and 03. The only exceptions are:

  • Data technically processed by Google and Meta as a result of our use of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on our website. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Meta Platform Data accessed via Meta's Marketing API and subject to Meta's Platform Terms. We act as a service provider processing this data on your behalf to deliver the services described in this policy.
  • Data disclosed where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. We will comply with applicable legal obligations and notify affected clients where permitted to do so.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice
Kuro Network does not "sell" or "share" personal information or Meta Platform Data to third parties for commercial or cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under the CCPA. California residents retain the right to request access to, deletion of, and correction of their data, which can be exercised via the contact channels provided in Section 14.

International Data Transfers

Cross-border processing of personal data

Kuro Network Global LLC is headquartered in the United States. Personal data and Meta Platform Data collected from clients located outside the United States will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

By utilising our platform and services, you explicitly consent to this cross-border transfer. We safeguard these transfers using industry-standard security and encryption mechanisms, including HTTPS in transit and encrypted storage at rest.

For clients in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

How long we hold your information

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

Active Engagement
All personal data associated with your account is retained in full for the duration of our active engagement.
Meta Platform Data
Cached campaign budget status and performance data are retained for the duration of our active engagement. Upon termination, all cached Meta Platform Data is deleted within thirty (30) days. If Meta requests deletion at any time, we will comply without undue delay.
Post-Engagement
Following the end of our engagement, your personal data (excluding Meta Platform Data) will be retained for up to two (2) years for legal, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
Financial Records
Records of campaign budget transactions and refunds may be retained for up to seven (7) years in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
Forfeited Accounts
Where an engagement has been terminated under the non-payment forfeiture clause, associated account data is permanently deleted and is non-recoverable following the expiry of the 2-week grace period.
Deletion on Request
Clients may request early deletion of their personal data at any time. Requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations.

Your Rights

Access, correction & deletion

You have the following rights in relation to the personal data Kuro Network holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.

Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time, including any Meta Platform Data associated with your account. We will provide this in a commonly used, readable format.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update it without undue delay.
Right to Erasure
You may request that we delete your personal data, including any cached Meta Platform Data. We will honour this request unless we are required to retain the data for legal or compliance reasons.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where our processing of your data is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your data

To request deletion of your personal data, including any Meta Platform Data:

  • Email contact@kuronetwork.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include your registered account email in the body of the message.
  • We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

If Meta instructs us to delete Platform Data at any time, whether through a direct request, policy enforcement, or as part of a Data Use Checkup or Data Protection Assessment, we will comply without undue delay.

Data Security

How we protect your information

Kuro Network takes the security of your personal data seriously. We implement the following technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse:

  • HTTPS Encryption: Our dashboard and all client-facing web interfaces are served over HTTPS, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
  • Secure Server Storage: Personal data and Meta Platform Data are stored on secured servers with access controls limiting exposure to authorised personnel only.
  • API Token Security: Meta API access tokens are stored securely using encrypted storage mechanisms. Tokens are never exposed to client-side code or transmitted in plaintext.
  • Third-Party Payment Processing: Payment information is handled exclusively by secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors. Full card or banking credentials are never stored directly on our systems.
  • Access Controls: Internal access to personal data and Meta Platform Data is restricted to team members who require it to perform their role.
  • Data Minimisation: We only retrieve and cache the minimum Meta Platform Data required to deliver the dashboard features described in this policy.
Data Breach Notification — 72 Hours
In the event of a verified data breach that compromises your personal information or cached Meta Platform Data, Kuro Network will notify affected clients via dashboard notices or primary communication channels (WhatsApp / Telegram) within 72 hours of breach confirmation, outlining the scope of the impact and recommended mitigation steps.

While we implement robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to risk. Kuro Network cannot guarantee absolute security and accepts no liability for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Communications

How we contact you

Kuro Network does not send marketing emails or unsolicited commercial communications. All client contact is conducted exclusively through the following channels:

WhatsApp & Telegram
Our primary support and service communication channels. Used for account updates, support responses, compliance notices, and service announcements.
Dashboard Notices
Important service updates, policy changes, and account notifications are posted directly within your client dashboard.
No Email Marketing
We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Your email address is used solely for account identification, transactional invoicing, and internal records.

Minimum Age

Eligibility to use Kuro Network services
18+ Only — Services Not Available to Minors
Kuro Network services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By subscribing or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by a person under 18, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed.

If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Policy Updates

How changes will be communicated

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations.

Notification Method
All material changes will be communicated to active clients via a notice posted within their client dashboard. It is your responsibility to check the dashboard for updates.
Effective Date
Updated policies will display a revised effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of Kuro Network services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Prior Versions
Clients may request a copy of a prior version of this Privacy Policy by contacting us directly using the details in Section 14.
